For the purposes of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Union of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data, IBERIAN YACHTS CONSULTING, S.L. with Tax ID No. B98192388, hereinafter IBYC, S.L. informs the User of the existence of the processing of personal data for the purpose of managing the relationship with users, clients and potential clients for information on specialised legal services in maritime law and recreational boating, nautical taxation and tax management for vessels (specialised tax and customs advice on the purchase and sale, import and operation of recreational vessels, including tax planning, tax settlement and management of procedures before the Administration), management and registration of recreational vessels (processing, registration and administrative coordination for vessels for private or commercial use, with national and international coverage), and nautical financing for recreational vessels (nautical credit and leasing solutions to finance your vessel in the main European countries, backed by specialised entities in the sector) and news.
SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal data is mandatory in order to contact and receive information about the services of IBYC, S.L.
Failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy shall make it impossible to receive information about the services of IBYC, S.L.
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Union of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your submission of personal data shall be processed by IBERIAN YACHTS CONSULTING, S.L. with registered office at Cl. ACCURACY AND TRUTHFULNESS OF THE DATA PROVIDED
The User who sends the information to IBYC, S.L. is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data included, with IBYC, S.L. being exempt from any liability in this regard.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated.
The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
IBYC, S.L. is not responsible for the truthfulness of information that is not produced by it and for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no liability whatsoever for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
IBYC, S.L. is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by IBYC, S.L., provided that it comes from sources outside IBYC, S.L.
PURPOSES The purposes of data processing are the provision of information on specialised legal services in maritime law and recreational boating, nautical taxation and tax management for vessels (specialised tax and customs advice on the purchase and sale, import and operation of recreational vessels, including tax planning, tax settlement and management of procedures before the Administration), management and registration of recreational vessels (processing, registration and administrative coordination for vessels for private or commercial use, with national and international coverage), and nautical financing for recreational vessels (nautical credit and leasing solutions to finance your vessel in the main European countries, backed by specialised entities in the sector); and subsequent contact with the user of IBYC, S.L.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data of the user shall be actively processed while they hold the status of User of www.ibyc.es; that is, until they revoke their consent or exercise their right of cancellation, erasure or objection to any specific purpose.
In the event of revoking their consent or exercising the rights of cancellation or erasure, their data shall be blocked and stored in a restricted manner at the disposal of the competent authorities for a period of 3 years in order to address any possible liabilities arising from the processing.

Registration at www.ibyc.es is free and voluntary for the User; therefore, the legal basis for the processing of their personal data is their consent.
ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
Use of the website grants you the status of user thereof, hereinafter the “User”, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by www.ibyc.es, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy, in the version published by the “website” at the very moment the User accesses it. As a consequence, it is the User’s duty to carefully read this legal notice each time they use the Website, as it may be modified.
In relation to the offer of information society services directly to a minor, the processing of personal data shall be lawful when the minor is over 14 years of age pursuant to Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018. When the child is under that age, such processing shall only be lawful if the holder of parental responsibility over the child authorises their consent, and to the extent that they authorise it.
COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
IBYC, S.L. has adopted the levels of security for the protection of Personal Data required to guarantee the privacy of the data. However, we have additional means, such as latest-generation firewalls, in addition to technical measures such as software for the encryption of confidential information and access control to personal information, restricted users, security policies, users and passwords that expire as required by the LOPD, and other systems aimed at preventing misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided to IBYC, S.L.
IBYC, S.L. shall not be liable for any possible damages or harm that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the control of IBYC, S.L.; from delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the D.P.C. (Data Processing Centre), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, nor for damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions beyond the control of IBYC, S.L.
