These are owned by third parties.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>www.ibyc.es uses such \u201clinks\u201d in order to provide more information to the User. Since they are completely unrelated to IBYC, S.L., it shall not be responsible in any case for the aforementioned web pages, their contents or the consequences that access to such links may cause the User.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Likewise, IBYC, S.L. only authorises interested third parties to establish \u201clinks\u201d from their web pages provided that they comply with the obligations set forth in this Legal Notice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In particular, the \u201clink\u201d must allow the website to be displayed in its entirety within the browser screen without the contents being displayed through frames. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Notwithstanding the foregoing, IBYC, S.L. reserves the right to require such third parties to immediately remove the \u201clinks\u201d to the Website whenever it deems appropriate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The establishment of a \u201clink\u201d shall in no case imply the existence of relations between the third party that includes it and IBYC, S.L., nor the knowledge and acceptance by IBYC, S.L. of the services and contents offered on said web page.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>IBYC, S.L. assumes no liability whatsoever for damages of any kind that may arise from the access, maintenance, use, quality, legality, reliability, contents, information, communications, opinions, products, etc., offered on websites that are not managed by IBYC, S.L.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Those persons who intend to establish hyperlinks between their web page and the Page must observe and comply with the following conditions:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Prior authorisation shall not be necessary when the Hyperlink only allows access to the home page, but it may not reproduce it in any way. It shall not be necessary to provide additional documentation unless there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the applicant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>SOCIAL NETWORKS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This website shall use social networks and virtual communities, which shall be used as means of communication and promotion of the products and services of IBYC, S.L. The social networks and virtual communities that may be used are the following: Facebook, Instagram, without prejudice to the possibility of using others in the future. The specific objectives for which these means are used are media support and dissemination of the services of IBYC, S.L.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>With regard to the information contained in social network content, IBYC, S.L. shall in no case be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, suitability, appropriateness and updating of the information supplied through them.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The contents established on social networks are exclusively informative, and therefore it shall not be responsible for the decisions taken by the User based on them, nor for damages caused to the User or to third parties based on this information.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>IBYC, S.L. shall seek to promote the quality of the information by correcting errors in data received, as well as in the administration of the sites, and shall enable third-party users to report offensive and inappropriate comments that are unrelated to the topics discussed, published photos or videos likewise unrelated to the topics for which the aforementioned social networks and communities are intended.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In these cases, IBYC, S.L., as administrator of the networks, shall have the power to delete any information that does not meet the quality, purpose and good informative and recreational service of the social networks. However, despite the intention to ensure the highest quality of content, it shall not be responsible for the information referred to.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It is reported that access to the social networks and communities used by the website for the purposes described above requires a service\/supply by other providers of information society services. IBYC, S.L. cannot at any time be responsible for their reliability, quality, continuity and functioning, and therefore cannot prevent their suspension, cancellation or inaccessibility for reasons beyond the control of IBYC, S.L.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>IBYC, S.L. shall not be liable for damages suffered by the User due to reasons arising from failures or disconnections in social networks, which may cause loss of information, suspensions, cancellations or interruptions of the service during its provision or beforehand.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Social networks and communities may allow access to links and other web pages. In accordance with Law 34\/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, IBYC, S.L. acts as an intermediary service provider, and shall therefore only be responsible for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Sites, insofar as it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not acted with due diligence to remove them. If the user considers that any of the Linked Sites includes unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify IBYC, S.L. by means of the email established at the beginning of this legal notice, and IBYC, S.L. shall proceed diligently to remove such links.
